Redesigned with Purpose

The redesigned Chessington Garden Centre gift card embodies the evolution of our brand; modern, refined, and deeply connected to nature. Guided by our brand palette, the design uses our signature Sage Green (#96C4AF) as the foundation, instantly evoking a sense of calm, growth, and garden-inspired beauty. Supporting tones such as Soft Mint (#BED3C8), Off White (#F2F2F3), and Neutral Grey (#B0B5B5) create balance and allow the card to feel elegant yet approachable.

The simplified leaf icon and floral background celebrate the natural heritage of our garden centre while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic. By avoiding overly seasonal or gendered motifs, the card is designed to appeal to a wide and diverse audience, making it the perfect all year round gift.

To support clarity and encourage wider use, I’ve also designed an alternate version of the card featuring a coffee cup and cake illustration. This variation visually reinforces that the card can be redeemed in the Sedum Restaurant , helping customers make the connection that it’s more than just a retail gift card.

Clear, concise information on the reverse ensures ease of use for customers, while contact details, a personal message section, and social media icons keep the design customer-focused and connected. The inclusion of “Recycle Me” messaging reflects our values around sustainability and care for the environment.

This gift card not only serves as a practical offering for our customers but also as a seamless extension of our brand; thoughtful, fresh, and rooted in nature. It aligns visually and emotionally with everything Chessington Garden Centre represents.
